Joey and I have been singing songs to Obie Joe since the beginning - everything from our favorite songs to randomly nonsensical melodies to entertain and soothe him to sleep. The other night he was struggling to cross over into dreamland and so I started to sing his name to this folksy tune until he closed his eyes. Now, this is my go to for comforting him - even his Daddy @JoeyAndersonMusic is singing it. I'm just so in love with this little fella! Obie is nearly a month only now! π€ What a beautiful and chaotic little journey it's been - especially as we all try to get enough sleep, food and maybe a shower or two. π€ So, with his zebra blanket and my wildcat ears, I decided to introduce him to my very first lullaby β¨ Tiger β¨ which I wrote about overcoming days when things don't go as planned and you are just wore out.
